The Cupcake Express

Hi my name is Ashleigh Mickey and I have a passion for baking. I started baking when I was just four years old and have loved it ever since. Over the years I have learned a lot about baking from measuring your ingredients precisely, to using the correct ingredients . To me baking is like creating your own little masterpiece of art, its unique. My most favorite thing to bake though would have to be cupcakes, because the possibilities are endless. So I decided to come up with a cupcake food truck called "The Cupcake Express".
